i tenderly touch each product with care
not because i love them, but because they are safe
i arrange them in lines because it keeps me from thinking about anything else

i do not know how to arrange you like products on a shelf
i do not know how to put my thoughts about you into a line
you are not a bottle of lotion, so you can hurt me

i am good with my fingers, but i cannot control you with my fingers
i cannot control you at all
